APPOINTMENTS / SCHEDULING
BOOKINGS, LATES, NO-SHOWS, CANCELS, RESCHEDULES, EMERGENCIES.
Please understand that we are a small business and our income is based on our services booked and completed. Time is important and we must protect and honor it as we will yours. Thank you for your patronage and for honoring our policies.
BOOKINGS
By advanced appointment with a confirmation from FatCats. On site booking is not complete until a confirmation text is sent to you from FatCats. Please feel free to use our Contact Us form or TEXT 737-270-2666.
LATES
If your appointment is 30-45 minutes and you are more than 10 minutes late, you will be charged 50% of appointment and will be asked to reschedule as there would not be enough time booked to adequately perform a quality treatment.
If your appointment is 1-2 hours booked and you are more than 15 minutes late, please contact us so we know whether or not you are on your way - TEXT 737-270-2666. You can still be treated, however your treatment time will not be extended and you will be charged for the full treatment/ time booked.
**If you choose to do a late reschedule at this point, you will be charged $40 or 50% of the service cost, whichever is greater OR you may be asked to pay for the service upfront.
NO-SHOWS
No shows will be charged 100% of treatment booking cost and/or if treatment package is purchased, a treatment will be considered Used and marked as such (applies if pkg is already paid for/in place).
RESCHEDULES
Require 24 hour notice. Anything under 24 hrs will have a late reschedule fee of $40 or 50% of the service cost, whichever is greater OR you may be asked to pay for the rescheduled service upfront.

We know that life happens and ask that you work with us directly regarding emergency situations that might mitigate the above policies. FatCats reserves the right to use their discretion on how these are handled......case by case.
